First of all make a smooth dough of maida adding salt ajwain oil and water

Keep the daugh for rest about 10 to 15 minutes

After that put a kadai on the gas put sufficient oil for deep frying

Let it heat property now make a pakwan like roti or square as I did time fry on medium flame till golden brown colour

Do all the same way

Keep it in air tight contener

Now soak dal about half an hour

Boil the dal adding haldi powder salt and green chilli

Now put all sukha masala like red chilli powder daniya powder and amchur powder

Mix it well put jeera tadka in it dal is ready

Serve dal pakwan with any green chutney
