Steps

Add suji,besan,salt,curd in a mixing bowl,add water make a batter.

Rest the batter for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes add baking soda and mix it well.

Grease oil in a dhokla mold and steam for 15-20 minutes on low flame.

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds,green chillies and curry leaves spread on the dhokla.

Cut into pieces and serve with chutney.
