Papad paneer pakoda with aampapad chutney

For chutney :soak aampapad in water for 1-2 hours.

After soaked cut into pieces and in a grinder and grind it.

Heat a pan add aampapad paste, water, food colour, chat masala, black pepper,fennel seeds and salt in it.

Take boil little thick consistency.

For pakoda :cut paneer into cubes, slit the paneer fill aam ka achar masala into paneer cubes.

For marination :add mustard oil, green coriander, garlic powder, red chilli powder and salt in a mixing bowl, mix well.

Add filled paneer pieces in this, rest for 15 minutes.

Roast and crushed the papad.

Add maida and little water in a bowl. Dip paneer cubes in this thick batter.

Coat paneer cubes with this crushed papad.

Heat oil in a wok add paneer cubes.deep fried till golden in colour.

Serve hot with aampapad chutney.
