Ingredients

1 hour

4 servings

6 cupsflour
2 cupssugar
1lemon
4eggs
500 gmargarine
6 tspbaking powder
3/4milk
2 tbsplemon essence
1 tspbicarbonate of soda

Steps

1 hour

Mix butter, sugar together till it's creamy

Add eggs 1 at time and lemon essence
3

Add flour and baking powder and bicarbonate of soda
4

Grate ur lemon zest in then add to the mixture
5

Mix well and bake at 180 degrees C

When ready serve with coffee /tea enjoy
