You can choose to make your own samosa pockets or buy the store bought ones....I made mine

Next..fry your lentils with vegetables of your choice...do not add any tomatoes or water...you do not want a soggy mixture...let it cool as you make your pockets

Fill your pockets with the lentils... Seal the edges..deep fry in hot oil

Serve with tea
