Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, the types of food you eat will affect your mood and energy levels throughout the day, and the best time of day to eat fruit (especially ripe bananas and fresh blueberries) is in the morning. Because of this, I love living in Singapore, carefully prepare a dairy-free, egg-free, low-temperature breakfast for myself. I rarely go out for breakfast unless I'm abroad.

Whenever durian season in Singapore, I will occasionally use one D24 or XO durian fruit instead of dragon fruit, add cardamom powder and fennel powder to bring me a unique taste. Banana D24 Durian Soy Milk Oatmeal Porridge, use D24 durian, if you use musang king, it will be difficult to consume.

To prepare this breakfast, you need to have an infrared ceramic cooker.

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

Put 800 ml of tap water in a pot and put the pot on an infrared electric stove, boil it to 100°C with an electric power of 2000W, to eliminate the chlorine from Singapore's tap water.

  2. 2

Reduce the power of the infrared electric stove to 200W, add 2 Chinese spoons of rolled oats and 1 Chinese spoon of rolled rye flakes, then increase the power to 1000W, cook after 5 minutes, keep stirring with bamboo chopsticks, as you can see high quality soluble fibers emerging and become soluble paste.

  3. 3

When the bamboo chopsticks are stirring, you can feel that the thick pulp starts to stick to the stainless steel. You can turn off the power if you detect that the bottom of the pot is a bit rough through the bamboo chopsticks.

  4. 4

To prevent the soya milk powder become lumpy, affect the nutritional value of the soya milk powder, the pot quickly cools to about 50°C with round shallow bucket of tap water. Add one sachet 30 grams of no sugar high-calcium soya milk powder, use bamboo chopsticks to stir and mix well.

  5. 5

Add two bananas remove skin, two fresh bam dates remove seeds, red-fleshed dragon fruit cut half, then scoop out with a table spoon. Use bamboo chopsticks to mashed, stirred and mixed together. Add 1 teaspoon of flaxseed oil to brighten the food and mix well.

  6. 6

Add appropriate amount of white cardamom powder and fennel powder to increase the flavor when needed. Transfers to a porcelain plate. Add about 20 blueberries to garnish. Finally my sticky and delicious, healthy and nutritious breakfast is ready.

Your personality based on the way you EAT. The eating habits you cultivate from childhood shape your life.I enjoy shopping for fresh ingredients at supermarkets and online. I love taking the ingredients I've chosen from the fridge and combine them into my favorite recipes. I like to study the effects of combining different ingredients on my health.Love to prepare my meals at a low temperature of 100 degrees Celsius everyday using streaming and boiling methods. In nutrition, this primarily "streaming and boiling" approach is known as a "low AGEs (Advanced Glycation End Products) diet." This method is more effective at slowing down aging than stir-frying, deep-frying or grilling.Being able to prepare meals for myself can be said to be the happiest thing in my life.https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCtszNQtOXaP0fJzs0Lkfwgw
