Ingredients

  1. 200 gmcapsicum
  2. 2-3aloo
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tspcoriander powder
  5. 1 tspgaram masala
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tspjeera
  8. To tastesalt
  9. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cut the aloo

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok add jeera when splutters add spice and saute it

  3. 3

    Now add aloo,capsicim cover and cook till soft the veggies

  4. 4

    Now add garam masala and serve with roti
