Steps

Soak the Rajma for overnight or atleast for 8 to 1o hours.

Pressure cook it with salt red chilli powder.

In a kadhai add oil

Keep the heat in medium flame.

Add chopped onions.

Fry it till golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste.

Stir it.

Add turmeric and red chilli powder.

Again cook it for two to three minutes in low heat.

Add tomatoe puree.

Cook the masala in low flame for about 6 to 7 minutes../ Add boiled rajma.

Then add coriander powder / chhana masala powder.

Add one cup water.

Let the water boil for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add chat masala and garam masala powder.

Add chopped coriander and serve hot with rice or roti.
