Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 2eggs
  3. 2 cupssugar
  4. 1 cupmargarine
  5. Blue gel clour
  6. 1 tbscocoa
  7. 1 cupbutter milk
  8. 1 tspvanilla essence
  9. 1 tbsvinegar
  10. 1 tspbaking powder
  11. 1 pinchbaking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream in the sugar and margarine till pale white, add vanilla.

  2. 2

    Add eggs, milk and food colour then whisk.

  3. 3

    Add in the flour, cocoa and salt then mix well.

  4. 4

    Separately, mix vinegar and baking soda to fizzle, then add to your batter.

  5. 5

    Bake then serve with favourite drink.
