Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all vegetable.

Heat oil in another pan add cumin seeds crackle it, add onion, cooked until soft, now add tomato cook it 2-3 minute.

Add all spices and mix well.

Now add fried vegetables and mix it well.

Serve it with chapati or nan.
