Steps

Wash and cut the meat into small sizes, put in a Sufuria and add some water to boil. Add Mushereka (tenderiser), and let it cook till soft (tender) and dry.

Add the cooking oil let it heat, add onions let them cook, add garlic and ginger let them cook making sure they don't burn...it spoils the taste of the food.

Add Turmeric, White pepper, capsicum, cook for a minute then add the tomato paste. (If whole tomatoes, you can choose to blend them, or have them earlier on in the boiling meat sufuria covered with a lid for five minutes and peel the skin. Or just feel the skin. Or add a little water to give them time to cook very well).

Add the Dhania now, cook in low heat till well dry making sure you don't burn the food.

Serve hot with Ugali (white or brown). Enjoy😘
