1/4 kgndegu
1large ripped tomato
1medium size carrot
1 bunchspring onion
To tastesalt
Cooking oil

Boil the ndegu till it becomes soft
2

In another sufuria,,add oil,spring onion,tomatoes and carrot plus salt stir and cover with a lid for 2 minutes
3

Add the boiled ndegu and stir till it combines well
4

Let it boil for 5 minutes and serve with rice
