Heat ghee in a Kadhai roast dry fruits golden colour, take a plate dry fruits keep aside

Roast slow flame 2 minutes sevaiya, take sevaiya in a plate keep aside

Same kadai, add milk and sugar stare, medium flame keep it boil milk, add roasted sevaiya, cook Sevaiya slow flame, medium thik consistency, add cardamom powder and dry fruits mix well remove gas flame.
