Parboil gardenegg for 2 mins, drain the water and mash with spoon, hit your oil a little, pour your not too smooth onion and pepper into the hot oil, cook for 5mins, pour your fish allow to absorb the pepper, then pour your mash garden egg, allow to Cook for 5minutes. Then serve with plantain, yam or rice.
