Add soaked sama rice in mixer jar along with curd and blend it till smooth.

Heat a pan with ghee..Add cumin seeds, green chilli stir..Add sama rice mixture...And quickly stir...(shouldn't be any lumps)..Cook for 2 -3 mins...(while continue stirring)...Add salt coarsely ground peanut... stir..Cook for another 2 - 3 mins...Add fresh chopped coriander...Mix well and switch off the flame..

Pour this mixture into the greased plate/tray...And let it set for 25 - 30..

Cut them into desire pieces..Heat a nonstick tawa/pan.. add tsp of ghee...spread sesame seeds...on tawa..and..Place all katli piece..And shallow fry till golden in colour... Sprinkle black pepper powder..And serve with green chutney..
