First grate the suran and put it a side.

Take 1 or 2 t spoon of oil. Put jeera in it and kadhhi patta. Add singdana powder. I used half crushed singdana powder not fine powder.

Add grated suran in it and close the lid. After 5 min our grated suran is ready.

So now add rock salt and ginger chilli paste to taste.

Suran khichdi is ready. I served it with cucumber raita. You can use only curd too.

Second item I put in dosh is singdana laddu. It is optional.
