Preheat oven to 425ºF.

Place the pie shell into a 9 inch pan.

Mix rhubarb, white sugar, flour, salt and egg; pour into pan.

Topping- mix brown sugar, flour, and butter; pour on top of rhubarb mixture in pan.

Bake for 15 minutes at 425ºF, then bake at 350ºF for an additional 30 minutes.
