Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsself raising flour
  2. 1egg
  3. 11/2 cupsmilk
  4. Juice of one orange
  5. 3 tbspsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix everything together using a machine until is light enough to a dropping consistency. Heat pan with little oil,scoop abit of the butter on the pan,let it cook one side

    Turn their side,repeat the process till you finish, serve with tea or coffee.
