Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 1 pinchhing
  3. 1 table spoonoil
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. Oil for cooking
  6. For stuffing
  7. 2 cuppaneer cube
  8. 1 cupgreen peas
  9. 1/2 cuptomatoes chopped
  10. 1green chilli chopped
  11. 1/2 tea spoonjeera
  12. 2 table spooncoriander leaves chopped
  13. 1 tea spoonchaat masala
  14. 1 table spoonbutter
  15. salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix besan hing salt oil into thin batter using water Heat non stick pan grease oil pour mixture on tava and spread it evenly to make a thin pancake style

  2. 2

    Heat the butter and add green chilli cumin seeds.add the tomatoes saute 2/3minutes add paneer peas chaat masala and salt saute for few minutes.Top with the chopped coriander leaves divide into 12 portion keep aside

  3. 3

    Place one portion of the stuffing mixture on a chila and fold to make a semi circle.Top with green chutney and serve hot
