Mix besan hing salt oil into thin batter using water Heat non stick pan grease oil pour mixture on tava and spread it evenly to make a thin pancake style

Heat the butter and add green chilli cumin seeds.add the tomatoes saute 2/3minutes add paneer peas chaat masala and salt saute for few minutes.Top with the chopped coriander leaves divide into 12 portion keep aside

Place one portion of the stuffing mixture on a chila and fold to make a semi circle.Top with green chutney and serve hot
