Ingredients

  • For the coconut kadhi
  • 1 cupcoconut milk
  • 2 table spoonbesan
  • 3/4 cupfresh curd
  • 2cardamoms
  • 2cloves
  • 25 mm cinnamon
  • 1bay leaves
  • 6curry leaves
  • 1 tea spoonginger grated
  • 1 tea spoonfresh red chilli slice
  • 1 tea spoonoil
  • to tasteSalt
  • For garnish
  • 1/2 cup imli (tamarind) ki chutney
  • 2 table spooncoriander leaves chopped
  • 2 table spoonchopped spring onion
  • 2/3cherry tomtao sliced

Steps

    Add the besan to curd mix well keep aside.Heat the oil in a pan and add the cardamom cloves bay leaves and curry leaves.When the curry leaves splatter add the ginger and red chilli and stir few second.Add coconut milk and 1cup water bring boil.Add the besan curd mixture and salt mix well slow flame till kadhi thickness while stirring constantly keep aside

    Place the hot samosa in a serving bowl and spoon the kadhi over them.Top with the imli or green chutney. Garnish with coriander spring onions and cherry tomato.serve hot
