Take a bowl and pour besan, sugar,baking soda, cordamom powder.mix all the ingredients well.

Now add melted ghee in the mixture and mix it.

Then make a dough,not very soft nor very hard.

Now take a small dough like peda and roll it.and after rolling it press with your thumb and put an almond on it.

Now take a cooker.spread salt in it.put a stand.and allow to pre heat the cooker.

Now take a plate or thali which set easily in the cooker.now grease the plate with little ghee.and place all the naan khatai in the plate.

Now put the naan khatai plate in the cooker.and bake it about 15-20 min.in slow flame.

After 15min check the naan khatai.if it is not done,allow to bake some more 5min.

Now besan naan khatai is ready to eat.
