Homemade Coffee-chocolate vanilla ice-cream

EVERY end of the month, my husband buys me atleast 2 liters of ice cream(bless your soul love😘) and by EVERY mid-month I'm all out of ice cream. Sigh! 😔
I come from work after a long day with a sick craving for ice-cream, only to find I'd finished it days ago.
So today, I decided I'm making my own... yeeeeey!
Now, I'm a sucker for ice-cream, we've established that already, I also absolutely love chocolate and I'm a girl addicted to her coffee😁🤷♀️

In a small bowl/coffee mug, dissolve the coffee into the water.

In a small mixing bowl, add half a can of sweetened condensed milk, the chocolate essence, the coffee mixture, the melted chocolate and coco powder.

Mix well until all the ingredients incorporate.

In a large mixing bowl, add the whipping cream and vanilla essence then whip using a stand mixer with the paddle attachment on or a hand mixer on low speed for about 2 minutes or until soft peaks form.

Divide the whipped cream equally into two.

In the first half of whipped cream, add the condensed milk and fold it in gently using a spatula or a wooden spoon until evenly mixed.

In the second half of whipped cream add in the coffee-chocolate mixture and again gently fold it in using a spatula until evenly incorporated.

Transfer your ice-cream into an air-tight container/cover with cling flim. Place in the freezer for about 4-6 hours or overnight.
