Wash dal and soak for 3-4 hours.Grind it coarsely without water.
Roast coriander and fennel seeds.Grind it coarsley.Now add all the ingredients in a dal and mix well. - 2
Heat 1spoon of oil in a pan and fry the dal mixture.When dry switch off the stove and cool it.

Add ajwain and oil in maida and knead it like puri dough.
make ball and flatten it on palms take dal mixture and fill in the ball. - 4
Now gather it and seal the edges.roll on rolling pin not much.It is thick than puri.Fry it on slow heat It takes time to fry.

Eat with green or tamrid chutney with cup of tea
