For dough mix all ingredients make a semi stiff dough. Divide 25balls roll it

Fir filling sprinkle salt on the chopped cabbage keep aside 15minutes.Then squeeze out the water by pressing with hands.add coriander raisins coconut chilli ginger lemon juice sugar salt mix well. divide 25balls and roll small round.put the stuffing in the center repeat with the rounds.

A hot oil pan deep fry all.serve hot.with green chutney
