Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grboneless chicken thigh, cut into pieces
  • 3 tbsphoney
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2garlic, grated
  • Katakuriko (or cornstarch)
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken with honey, lemon juice, salt, and garlic. Leave overnight on the fridge.

  2. 2

    Coat the chicken pieces with katakuriko.

  3. 3

    Fry and occasionally flip them until golden.
