  2. kgMilk1/2
  3. Sugar-3tbls
  4. Vermiciline
  5. Ingredients
  6. Vermiciline-1/2cup
  7. Sugar3tbls
  8. Desi ghee -1tbls
  9. Almond flaks for decoration

Steps

  1. 1

    Rabdi
    Heat milk in heavy bottom pan. Add sugar.
    Boil till it reduces to 3/4

  2. 2

    Heat ghee in a pan add saviya and fry till brown
    Add water not much it is done.
    Add sugar and boil till all water dry.

  3. 3

    Cover it and leave for for 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Take muffins mould or any katori fill with Saviya.
    Press it make hole in between
    Take out from muffins

  5. 5

    Fill top with rabri
    Decorate with almond
