Perfect two ingredient scones

You have unexpected friends come over for a cup of tea and you want to make a quick treat.
These are super fast and easy, while coming out perfect every time.
When you measure the ingredients, by sure to weigh them, not by the metrics eg: cup, mls.
You can make as little or ad much as you like. I’ve made 300 serves in one go with ease and no problems.
You can make and cook these, and put them in the freezer and heat them up when you want them, and they still come out perfect.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Pre-heat oven 190C. Weigh both ingredients and combine them in mixing bowl.
- 2
Once combined, kneed on a lightly floured surface. Be sure to work it just enough to make dough, over working it will make them tough.
- 3
Flatten out 3-4cm thickness and using cookie cutter, cut them out and place on a greased baking try. I like to bunch them together in batches of 6 so they don’t collapse in cooking process.
- 4
Cook for 20-30mins till cooked through.
- 5
Best served straight out oven with fresh cream and favorite jam.

Scones With 2 Ingredients Scones With 2 Ingredients
I wanted to make scones with minimal ingredients..Please be careful of over mixing after you add water. When you can't see powdery flour on the dough, that's enough.Bake until a nice golden color so that they will be crunchy on the out side and flaky on the inside. It's great when they are just baked. When they are cool, they are tastier if you put them in an oven. Recipe by Ringono recipe cookpad.japan -

Basic Scones Basic Scones
I modified a scone recipe that I fond in an old English cookbook to use cake flour instead of whole wheat flour. I know it off by heart but thought I'd make a note anyway. (I combined this recipe with the old "Earl Grey Scones" recipe that I had already uploaded).Due to using vegetable oil and allowing the dough to sit in a warm place, these scones have a moist, fluffy, and soft finish. Adjust the baking time depending on your type of oven. You can eat these the day after you've made them by either popping them in the toaster oven or heating them up for 10 seconds in the microwave. Scones Scones
I made my own versions of a recipe I saw in a magazine a while ago. I tried adding yogurt and other ingredients, but settled on this.In step 3, make sure you mix until the dough is crumbly. If you are using a cup to cut out the pieces, the dough will expand nicely if you use a cup with a thin rim. Recipe by lov_sweets cookpad.japan -
Basic Perfect Scones using 100% strong bread flour Basic Perfect Scones using 100% strong bread flour
These scones have a satisfying chew, made using only strong bread flour. The dough is soft with plenty of moisture to make the scones fluffy. The key is to handle the dough gently, as overworking it will prevent it from rising properly. These basic delicious scones, it's a very easy recipe, please give them a try! Fumie's Recipe -

Easy Plain Scones Easy Plain Scones
I am addicted to making macarons, so the leftover egg yolks keep piling up. I couldn't be bothered to make cookies, so I used egg yolks instead of whole eggs in my usual scone recipe. They turned out just like the scones I once got at a bakery.*Adjust the amount of egg depending on your margarine. Sometimes 80 ml is just right, and other times it's not enough, so add lit little by little.*This time I used 2 medium size egg yolks. The texture becomes too crumbly if you add more than 40 ml.
