Steps

Boil milk till reduces half mean while scrape the sides of the pan

Add sugar and chopped nuts let it boil

Switch off the flame and add cardamom powder

Take out the pulp of sitaphal by mashing the seeds along the strainer

Add the pulp in the milk
- 6
Take out half cup rabdi in another bowl and add kesar strand
- 7
Assemble the basundi in mini glasses and serve
