Mix soda,salt,oil,curd, sugar in flour.

Make dough of the mixed flour with warm water.

Leave dough for 3 hours in Room temperature.

Then put the wet surface of naan on the tava.

Make naan by adding water to one of the surface of naan.

Once it got stuck to tava put tava upside down.

Your homemade butter naan is now ready.
