I use my homemade teriyaki sauce for this & my chicken

Ingredients

5 to 8 minutes
3 servings
  1. 1 lbshrimp
  2. 1 tbspsoy
  3. 2 tbspteriyaki sauce
  4. 1egg slightly beaten
  5. to tastesalt, pepper, garlic powder
  6. 1 tbspcornstarch
  7. 2 tbspsesame oil, or olive oil

Cooking Instructions

5 to 8 minutes

    Rinse shrimp and pat dry. In a medium bowl combine egg, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, & cornstarch.

    Add shrimp, stirring to coat, marinate 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    In a wok or large skillet, turn heat to medium high and add oil. Cook shrimp until golden brown, not to over cook.

    Arrange shrimp on shredded lettuce or fried rice. Enjoy!
