This is a wonderful evening snack dish that can also be served as a breakfast dish.Its another version of Idli.
Steps

Soak 1 1/2 Cup Chana Dal,1 Cup Rice and soak it for 4-5 hours.

Add 1/2 Cup Curd to it and grind till smooth.Let it ferment for 5-6 Hours.Add Salt per taste,1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder,2 tbsp Oil and mix all this properly.

Now grease Idli mould.Now add 1 tsp Eno (Fruit salt) to the batter and mix the Batter.Now pour into Idli mould and sprinkle some Red Chilli Powder on top

Steam for 10 minutes till it's cooked properly.Now make a tadka by taking 2 tbsp Oil and add 1 tsp Mustard Seeds,2 tsp Sesame Seeds,3-4 Chopped Green chillies and then pour this tadka over the Idli Dhokla.

Sprinkle grated Coconut and coriander over the Idli Dhokla.

Serve hot with Tea and Green Chutney.Now Idli Dhokla is ready.
