It is a Breakfast dish which can also be served as an evening snack.
Steps

Take 2 tbsp Oil and heat it.Add 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds and Whole jeera,Pinch of Hing,Some Curry Leaves,take 2-3 dry red chillies,4-5 Cloves,add 2 finely chopped onions and Now add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder.Cook till it is golden brown.

Now add 1 Finely chopped and boiled Potato.Add about 3 tbsp Boiled Green Peas.Add 1/2 tbsp Ginger Paste,4-5 Finely chopped Green Chillies and add Salt per taste.

Squeeze some Lemon Juice and add 1 tsp Sugar and Finely add about 1 1/2 Cup Poha which is washed well in A colander.

Mix it well and cook for a further 3-5 minutes.You may alter the Spiciness,sweetness,sour taste and saltiness per taste.Once it's cooked add 2 tbsp Finely Fresh Coriander and mix it.

Now your Batata Poha is ready!When you are going to eat it add Roasted Masala Peanuts,Sev and Dal Biji.
