Ingredients

  1. Egg Yolk(s)
  2. 1 tablespoonSoy Sauce
  3. 1 tablespoonMirin *optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Let the Egg Yolk(s) soaked in the marinade of Soy Sauce and Mirin for a couple of days. Just Soy Sauce is OK if you don't have Mirin.

    Place the marinated Egg Yolk on the freshly cooked hot rice. Sprinkle some Nori, chopped Spring Onion and Roasted Sesame Seeds. Drizzle some the soy sauce marinade over and enjoy.

    Replace the rice with freshly cooked pasta and enjoy.
