1/2 kgmethi finaly chopped
4potato
2green chilli finaly chopped
1tomato finaly chopped
to tastesalt
to tastered chilli powder
1 tspgaram masala
as neededoil

Heat oil in a wok add green chilli tomato cook 2 min. now add all masale and add aloo and methi and cook till aloo gets soft.

Now aloo methi is ready to serve with chapati.
