Steps

Cut the paneer into cubes and soak into warm milk with sugar

Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and whole garam masalas

Add ginger paste and saute well

Add tomato puree and mix well adding salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder

Now add cashew-raisins paste saute for 1 - 2 minute

Add paneer and milk and simmer

Add sugar,garam masala powder and ghee
- 8
Serve it with pullav or paratha
