Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwater
  2. 2-3crushed Cloves
  3. 1 teaspooncrushed Ginger
  4. 1/2 teaspoonFennel seeds or Saunf
  5. 1/2 teaspoonCinnamon powder
  6. 4-5 dropslemon juice
  7. 1/2 teaspoonhoney (optional)

Steps

    Heat a cup of water.

  2. 2

    Add all the ingredients except lemon juice and honey.

  3. 3

    Give it a boil.

    Simmer for 5 minutes more and remove from heat.

  5. 5

    Cover and keep aside for 6-8 minutes to infuse the ingredients well in the water.

  6. 6

    Add lemon juice and honey (you can avoid honey) and strain the tea in a cup.

    Take it warm after meal.
