Steps

Grind the urad daal thickly,then blend it very well.

Now add pinch of baking soda and cashewnut,mix it.

Now make small round shape vada and deep fry it in hot oil and keep aside.

Take a bowl with full of normal water,and soak vada into the water till the vada become double dize.

Now one by one take out the vada on a place and squeeze it's water out with light hand pressure and place it on the serving dish.

Now take a bowl,add all the curd and whisk it.

Now add little sugar,chat masala and little black salt on curd and mix properly.

Now pour all the curd on top of the vada and then add chat masala,imly chutney and bhujia on top for decoration.

Your delicious dahi bhalla is ready for serve..!!
