Chop 4 large potatoes and slice them into a circular shape

Boil them for at least 3 minutes don't let them cook(this is so as not to consume a lot of cooking oil)

In a bowl mix flour ginger salt and pepper to make a thick paste

Deep your boiled potatoes in the mixture then place it in a sufuria with cooking oil

Let them cook till golden brown

Serve with tea or stew
