Take a bowl pour maida, carrom seeds, salt to taste and mix it well.

Now add water and make a soft dough of it.

Leave it for 30 minutes covered with cloth.

Now take a pan and add 2 tablespoon oil, cumin seeds, green chilli, coriander seeds, ginger cook for 1 min.

Then add peas and again cook for 2 minutes now add red chilli, turmeric powder cook for 2 minutes.

Then add garam masala, mashed potatoes, salt to taste and mix it well for 2 minutes.

Now add chat masala powder, anardana powder, some fresh coriander leaves and mix it well.

Both dough and stuffing is ready now make your samosa and deep fry them.

Serve with green chutney and tamarind chutney.
