  • 100 gfresh omena
  • 1big chopped tomatoes
  • Onion, chopped
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt
  • 1royco cube

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Sort out omena then put aside

  2. 2

    Wash with warm water

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a sufuria

  4. 4

    Add omena to fry till crunchy and golden brown

  5. 5

    Add onions and tomatoes then mix

  6. 6

    Add royco cube then salt

  7. 7

    Let it cook for a few minutes then serve with Ugali
