Tasty tangy and spicy recipe to enjoy veggies together...

1st of all chop all the veggies for Manchurian balls finely in food processor. Keep some finely chopped vegetables for gravy.

Now mix all the ingredients as said above in ingredients list. Add corn flour and maida and mix well. Make small balls from the mix and deep fry them...

For the gravy. Heat butter in pan and add ginger garlic paste and let it sautte for a while and add green onions and let it sautte too. Now add some veggies and tomato puree and cook well for about 5 to 7 mins. Add all the sauces and powdered masalas as said above and add some water. Cover and cook for 5 mins on medium flame.

Now as per your desired consistency keep the thickness of the gravy. Add some water and fried Manchurian balls. Let it simmer for a while. Garnish with dry fenugreek and coriander leaves and serve hot.
