  • 2 cupsrice
  • 2green capsicum
  • 3red peppers
  • 1onion
  • 1red capsicum
  • 1 bunchdhania
  • 4 cupshot water

  1. 1

    Fry your diced onion in oil

  2. 2

    Add in the rice and then let it boil.

  3. 3

    When water disappears in rice add the vegetables diced and cover to steam.

  4. 4

    Serve with your stew and enjoy.
