Ingredients

  1. 14 Oz.Portobello Mushrooms
  2. 5 Oz.Mozzarella Cheese
  3. To TasteButter
  4. To TasteSalt
  5. To TasteBlack Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the Portobello Mushrooms with plenty of water. Cut the stems off.

    Cut the Mozzarella Chesse in small cubes and fill the Portobellos. Add Salt and Black Pepper to taste. Put some butter on top.

    Bake until the Cheese gets a light brown color. Serve and enjoy!
