Ingredients

  • 1 cupVermicelli
  • 1 1/2 tablespoonGhee
  • 1/2 cupGreen peas
  • 4-5baby corn cut slanting
  • 1small capsicum(finely chopped)
  • 1chopped Carrot
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped cabbage
  • 5-6Curry leaves 5/6
  • 1green chilli chopped - optional
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • As per taste salt
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • Chopped Coriander (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil vermicelli in nearly 4 cups of water

  2. 2

    Wash under tap water and keep in a sieve

  3. 3

    Put ghee in a pan and heat it.
    Add mustard seeds and curry leaves

  4. 4

    When they crack add chopped onions and sauté for just 2-3 minutes

  5. 5

    Add vegetables now and sauté again for 3-4 minutes

  6. 6

    When they are done a little then add boiled vermicelli and stir everything well

  7. 7

    Add salt & pepper powder and lemon juice
    Give a nice stir

  8. 8

    Add coriander leaves for garnishing and switch off the flame

  9. 9

    Serve hot
