Boil vermicelli in nearly 4 cups of water

Wash under tap water and keep in a sieve

Put ghee in a pan and heat it.
Add mustard seeds and curry leaves - 4
When they crack add chopped onions and sauté for just 2-3 minutes

Add vegetables now and sauté again for 3-4 minutes

When they are done a little then add boiled vermicelli and stir everything well

Add salt & pepper powder and lemon juice
Give a nice stir - 8
Add coriander leaves for garnishing and switch off the flame

Serve hot
