1 serving

200 gmSweet potato (boiled)
1 tbspdry roasted peanuts
1/2 tspmixed herbs
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
to tasteSalt to taste (rock salt or black salt)
1/2 tsproasted cumin powder
1 tsplemon juice
as neededFresh chopped coriander
as neededPomegranate (optional)

Cut boiled Sweet potatoes into small pieces..

Take a bowl add sweet potatoes..And all ingredients...Mix well... add lemon juice..Mix nicely.

Garnish with pomegranate seeds...And serve.
