  • 1 cupsprouts moong
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspooncumin
  • 1 tablespoonlemon juice

    Firstly blanched the Moong, moth sprouts for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Then heat the kadhai put cumin roast it, then add blanch Moong, moth, onion, tomato, salt, green chillies and saute for 2 minutes.
