If using dried chickpeas- rinse and soak overnight for atleast 6-8hours. Pressure cook for 4-5 whistles with enough water. Drain and set aside.

Steam half cook sweet potatoes peel, cut into two parts.

Empty the inner side of Sweet Potatoes with a thin knife to give the shape of a katori.

Now heat an electric Tandoor,lightly brush the Sweet Potatoes katoris with butter or vegetables oil.

Heat until gets light brown.Then Switch off the Tandoor.Bring them out and Allow to get cold.

In a mixing bowl combine boiled chickpeas, and pomegranate, black salt, chat masala lemon juice, mint chutney, tamarind chutney mix well until well combined.

Divide the chat among the prepared Tandoori Sweet Potatoes katoris.Serve immediately.
