Ingredients

  • 50 gSabudana (sago)
  • 4 piecespotato
  • 2 PC.Tomato
  • to tasteSalt, red chilli powder, black pepper
  • 1 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak sabudana overnight.

  2. 2

    Cut potato slice

  3. 3

    Hot oil in a pan and cook potato

  4. 4

    When potato is ready then mix salt, red chilli powder, black pepper according to taste and mix well

  5. 5

    Now mix soaked sabudana & mix well, cover the pan & put it in slow flame for 5 min

  6. 6

    Now potato & sabudana khichri is ready, We can serve it in fast also.
