Put the brinjals over the flame and let it get heated.

Peel the brinjals and the mash them

Take a fry pan, heat oil, now add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilli to it.

Now add the mashed brinjals to it.

Now add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander leaves to it.

Cook well and Bharta is ready
