Sauté the onions until golden brown then add two medium cut tomatoes and salt.

Add one cup of water and bring it to boil.

Add your fulu and let it cook until the soup becomes thicker.

For the terere, remove the stalk but don't cut it. Put it in sufuria and add water and allow it to boil

In a separate sufuria, sauté the onions until golden brown and then add the cut tomatoes. Add enough salt.

Drain the vegetable and add it in the cooked tomatoes. Stir it and then add the royco cubes. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes and simmer.

Serve with ugali.
